I agree in the sense that Hearns would stop Pac within 4 rounds. Pac would never last 8 rounds toe to toe with Tommy in his prime.

YOU HUNG ON EVERY WORD WHEN CRACK HEAD jR TOLD SRL THAT HE WOULD HAVE KNOCKED HIM OUT. Seem just as silly to me. Hearns and Leonard started at 147 they were much bigger guys.

...I've never heard that, as best as I can recall. I'm quite sure I never hung on every word of it...What the **** are you talking about? Do you know what you're talking about? Are you addressing me specifically? And do you have a clear point?

Yeah I'm familiar with Hearns. The first fight I ever watched was Hearns-Leonard I when I was 9 years old. Saw him KO Duran. Saw him get KOd by Hagler. Tommy never had a great chin. Hit him enough in the face he crumbles. (REMINDER TO ALL: PAC IS WELL KNOWN FOR HITTING OPPONENTS FACES IN MASS QUANTITY) Gee, I wonder why Sugar Ray and Tommy never fought Aaron Pryor? Those who think Hearns-Pacquiao is a complete joke is in denial. Many of Tommy's opponents were nowhere near Pac's level. Those who were close to Pac's level all beat him.

Hell yeah Hearns was a monster. But not quite the monster Pacquiao is.

Yeah because KO losses the 2nd greatest welterweight ever, and arguably the greatest middleweight ever and Iran Barkely means you have a weak chin.:patsch Btw, PAcquiao doesnt hit as hard as ANY of these fighters.

Btw, it took Ray Leonard 14 rounds to crack HEarns' chin, this would be a 12 round, err 2 round fight.

Wilfred Benetiz wasnt on Pac's level? Roberto Duran wasnt on Pac's level?

Typical *******, doesnt know **** about the game.

...You're not serious? Hit him enough in the face and he crumbles? Who doesn't? Hearns chin issues get overrated. Leonard was a very big hitter when he wanted to be and it took him fourteen rounds to do Tommy in at welterweight. Think Pac can do it and faster even? That was the only time he was stopped at 147. Barkley and Hagler got him at middleweight. That's 160 pounds. Hagler being usually listed as a top 5 all-time middleweight and a monster. You think Pac can generate Hagler or Leonard power? What would have demonstrated that to you at welterweight? Clottey-distance. Cotto-12 rounds on his feet still. ODLH's corpse-RTD but never off his feet. Any of them a prime 6'1 masterclass boxer? None. None even close enough to suggest a chance with Hearns for a knockout at least.

And Aaron Pryor? Ducked? Explain, if you will, how you can duck a man who isn't even campaigning in your division? :-( Because while Pryor was trying to score big money fights like Leonard at welterweight, he was still at light welterweight and didn't make an iota of a move to force that fight. He didn't try to become a mandatory. There is zero obligation or expectation for the champion to take on an unproven man at his division. You think Pacquiao can duck Valero right now? As either the Ring LWW or the WBO WW champion? Nope. What has Valero done north of 135? What did Pryor do north of 140? Ducked, my ass.

My Point ! saying that pac could go toe toe toe with Hearns
wasn't any sillier than crack head jr telling a super middle like Leonard that he would have knocked him out. Do I know what I'm talking about, everytime I put up something people can't answer they abuse me. So yes I know what I am talking About!

Bear in mind that 160-170 lb big guy like Clottey (guy who thinks he won against Margarito and Cotto) is so relieved and happy he's alive and not TKO'd by Pac unlike Pa's previous 4 fights, he's pleased not winning a single round. Pac fought a past prime ODLH, OLDH fought big guys like Hopkins.

It's pure hate or arrogance to bash people that write match-ups between Hearns and Pac. I don't think it's so weird and idiotic, to make it sound like it's an out-of-this world kind of thinking.

Note that i think Hearns wins this. But if it reaches round 8 and Hearns hasn't found his signature one straight right for KO, Pac has potential to get judge's nods purely because of workrate imho.

hearns stops pac early to mid rounds. i can't see pac coping with hearns' power, size and speed. jab keeps pac at bay throughout the fight.
