Answer the question, Ali beat Abregu better than Bradley. So does Ali deserve a shot at Pac too?

You guys don't know much about boxing. The triangle theory is garbage, and you can't just take resume at name value. You have to consider the circumstances in which they fought. For example: Kovalev beat Hopkins 12 to zip. Hopkins is an ATG so it's an ATG victory right? Wrong! Hopkins is 49 and way too old to deal with Kovalev.

Pacquiao beat Oscar better than most, so it's great right? Wrong! Oscar was on the verge of retirement and drained to ****, he took a pay check.

maidana is made for pac ..........pac would knock him out pac is not Alexandra, kotel or khan

ANYONE WHO COMES STRAIGHT FOWARD AGAINST PAC IS GONNA GET HIMSELF KNOCKED OUT

EVEN JMM LEARNT THAT LESSON IN THE FIRST ROUND FIRST FIGHT

YOU JUST DONT COME STRAIGHT FORWARD AGAINST PAC HE MAY HAVE JOY WITH THAT AGAINST DUCKWEATHER BUT PAC WOULD HURT HIM

Why? Garcia trains them both and said Maidana is his best fighter. Rios doesn't have the timing that Maidana has. :patsch

Shame on you for saying such dumb ****.

He couldn't time Alexander because he wasn't taught, Robert Garcia wasn't in his corner yet. You really don't know boxing too well. I'm no expert but it doesn't take an expert to see that Maidana was able to play chess with Floyd and catch him a few times by feinting and timing him. Congratulations, we now know you're an idiot, for those who didn't know already :rofl

    :happy

Thanks for exposing how stupid you are.

Alexander and Pacquaio fight nothing alike

Alexander is more elusive than pacquaio, has a better chin, and has better lateral movement, and fights better moving back......withstood shots of chino, the machine, randall bailey, and Juan Urango and beat all of them

Rios only decent win is over Alvarado above lightweight, Chaves win was ok....Chino has defeated and fought better fighters Chino so

That wasn't even the point initially, you steered the discussion to this bull****. You used Alexander as an example to talk about why Maidana is bad and now you're talking about Cotto for some reason. You suck at life lol

Pressure alone wont cut it but how you apply it...have to give him different him different looks...Pacquaio also isn't the quickest to adjust game plans mid fight either.

Erik Morales backed Pacquaio up...he used his jab...watch the fight...that's why he was successful

He didn't just follow him around...he cut off the ring and outpunched him when his back was against the ropes

Manny never was and never will be a slick boxer....he has great foot speed but relies on having the "angles" on you...he isn't effective fighting backwards or coming forward. Look at how lost he looked against Ancient Mosley, Marquez, Bradley, and Morales when they gave him different looks.

Maidana is gonna come in behind a jab, rough him up on the inside and against the ropes, and has shown he can get things done in the middle of the ring when he is working his way inside
