If the two fighters are happy with the contracted weight, why do you care?

all contracts state give or take 2 to 3 lbs
151 take three is 148 still in the weight class
151 give three is 154 still in weight class
anything else and it would not be a title fight
not a catch weight just a fact

Contracts that are non title fights say give or take one pound! That is anywhere in the world.

    everyone should just chill.

I agree its annoying that its a catch weight and still for a belt. But who cares, Belts Dont mean S*** these days anyway. It's al about who you fight.

Anything above 147 makes it an advantage for Margo.

The fact that its a catch weight and people are kicking off, people are failing to see what's happening here.

Manny Pac, who was fighting at 126 not too long ago. His taking on a very big fighter at 151. The size differance could be massive. Fair play to manny.

Also he's not a big hit and hold fighter like Mosley so he won't be able to employ that tactic, he will have to fight more like Cotto did, and we al know that didn't work out to well for him.

This Could possibly be a very good fight.

Maybe because its for a vacant 154 lb title. Wouldnt it make sense to be able to fight for a vacant title at the maximum weight?

If this **** is for a JMW title then it is disgraceful. First off margarito is not licenced and secondly its not even at the normal weight limit. This is bull**** but should be great to watch if marg's chin holds up.

the bigger question I have is will Pac's WBC Diamond Belt be on the line.

and if belts are so meaningless like everyone's been saying, why the need to crap on the sport more by winning belts at catchweights
