Floyd still is the biggest draw, but barely.
2 fights in 3 years has hurt him. Fans who would have been paying for Mayweather started dishing out there $$ for Pacquiao, and since they get good value they'll continue to do so. Floyd only has himself to blame.

Floyd can forget 60%, even 55% is pushing it now.

I didn't know Floyd's comeback or him being American had anything to do with JMM. Also, please don't brag about the 350k buys of Floyd-Judah again. Its embarassing.

-David vs Goliath (lets be honest here this has been Pac's selling point for quite some time now)

-Dallas stadium (drawing power by itself)

    - 60 Minutes

    - 24/7

-Margo and his whole hand wrap nonsense

    -A title on the line

    -8th title for Pac

I'd say Pac had a lot more going into this fight

I don't even know why this is an issue. I believe they already agreed on the split and it's very unlikely to change regardless of any PPV info that happens going forward. Why not have it 50-50 split or better yet, have the winner of the fight get 60% and the loser get 40%. That would certainly give them both the incentive to want to win the fight.

But the bottom line is neither needs the money, so they're fighting for their legacy in the boxing world more than anything else. And on that basis, Mayweather needs the fight more than Manny does, as you can see by all the posts calling Pac an ATG and wondering where he belongs..

What to make of it? The only thing you can make of it. Giving Pac 50/50 was a rip off and shows how bad Mayweather wanted the fight. The fact that Pac left the negotiation table TWICE over drug testing shows us who is really holding this up. Pac.

STFU. Nobody from the Mayweather camp EVER mentions Pac. Pac is CONSTANTLY using Mayweather to sell fights.

    Idiot.

They would if Pac postpone the fight with a rib injury to give it another 2 months of promotion.

LOL and Pacquiao thinks no one wants to see part 3 with JMM... He also thinks JMM Doesn't do much at the box office ROFL!!!!!! scared of a declining JMM thats 37 LMAO..

No one has ever beat JMM like mayweather in that fashion not even pac... both fights were very close and the 2nd PAC got a gift coming out ahead by 2 LITTLE ****ING points.

Styles make fights... Mayweather is a better of JMM with defensive in mind 100% of the times.

JMM is a counter puncher with offense in mind.

But yeah JMM clashes with PAC much easier because of styles.

this wouldn't apply.. although pac famous.

He is 20 times more famous then he was in that fight.

So anything before DLH is not what manny can do now.

It wouldn't matter if both david and goliath weren't THAT popular with the mainstream. And I don't know how many non-boxing fans really watch 24/7.

If Dallas stadium was a drawing power, I think that has already passed after the Clottey fihgt -- which is why it had a higher live gate. Also, i don't believe it's drawing power wouldn't be a huge factor.

Acutally, that turned some people off

A lot of fights have titles on the line. Besides, I'd rather buy PPV for fighters that I want to see, not the titles on the line. But that's just my opinion.

Well I agree Pac had that going for him.

I'd say not really. But again, that's just my opinion.
