I'm not here to change your mind. I'm looking to plant a seed of doubt.
I do think age and weight may be a factor, but I also think that if Marquez tweaks his gameplan somewhat and slows the pace of the fight just a little bit and does'nt look to counter at every single opportunity as was the case in both Pacqauiao fights.
    Marquez can win.

I'm looking for Marquez to realize he's nearing 40, and punches less but puts more into each shot he throws.

Instead of a 4 and 5 punch combo, reduce it to two and three's.
Its how Hopkins has been able to fight at a high level well into his forties, and Marquez without a doubt imo has more in the tank than does Hopkins.

So divac, under what circumstance would you let go of your nuthuggery and give props to Pac regarding this bout? If it turn out like Pac-Hatton?

As I've said multiple times, the situations you set up is a lose-lose for Pac and a win-win for Marquez.
Objectivity is clearly not your finer characteristic.

BTT, Pac by KO in round 4.

What the **** are you talking about?

Clearly this is a case of Pacquiao taking the third Marquez fight way past its due date, when he's feeling Marquez is ripe for the picking.

I've said it before the fight was even signed, the Pacquiao fight is a free play downfield for Marquez.
He's got nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Only a clown would give Pacquiao accolades from a win over Marquez in this date in time and at this weight.

The great part about it if you're a Marquez fan like myself is that the drop down in speed and maybe stamina from the weight gain may still not be enough to close the gap for Pacquiao to overcome to finally get a win over Marquez.:yep

Listan *******, a Pacquiao win gets him as much credit as a Hopkins win over Roy Jones Jr.
Hopkins finally beat Jones, but the rematch was so past its due date, it certainly was'nt vengeance for thoroughly getting outboxed by Jones a decade earlier.:deal

Freddie Roach-"We want to beat Marquez and prove we won the first two fights.":rofl:rofl
Those clowns are just as bad as the many ******* followers.....they run 4 years and wait for Marquez to near 40, and then they take the fight and claim that this fight will prove the winner of the two prior fights.:lol::nut:nut

If Pac can't KO JMM at this weight, he should forget about beating Floyd.

I wouldn't be surprised if JMM gets KO'd quite early.

Yeah, that's right. If he fails to KO a man who's never been KO'd before, and who's given him two of his most difficult fights to date, then that's a major disappointment. Sure.

Considering JMM's age and most importantly the weight this fight is set for, then yes it would be a major disappointment if this is a UD only.

I don’t really care about age when I have his recent performances to go by, instead. Bar his last outing, he’s looked as good as he’s supposed to. I’ve not seen any serious signs of decline in him where he should he be expected to be KO’d. That’s just ridiculous. And the weight thing has been overblown massively. Him and Pac are approximately the same size when they step into the ring. Pac against Marg was 148 and JMM against Katsidis was 145. That’s just three friggin’ pounds. The same difference they were at when they fought last time. If anything, this 144 catchweight gives JMM the freedom to reach his normal fight-night weight of 145 – which is what he weighs even when fighting at lightweight – much more effectively.
