nicely put.....winning the "championship rounds" is still 10-9.....same score as any other round

 

My final looked this way the first time watching it. 2nd time I had PAC up 2 rounds.

Find a new sport to watch if you can't even tell a robbery from a close, competitive fight.atsch I have no problems if some feel Marquez edged PAC or vice versa. But calling that a robbery is only making yourself look like a clown. PAC won...but JMM made a good account of himself in a losing effort.

 

It's all about who wins more rounds....usually if you are a challenger to the champion "THEY SAY"....give the benefit of the doubt to the champ b/c the challenger has to TAKE the title convingingly. But that fights are scored round by round. PAC won the fight based on getting more KD's and winning enough rounds to take the "W". That's why PAC is P4P #1...he hasn't lost since the EM fight years ago.

 

So what if Marquez took the final two, I had him losing 6 of the first 10 and he was knocked in one of those rounds he lost. All rounds are scored under the same criteria and winning the final two rounds of a twelve round fight doesn't negate what transpired in the previous ten, nor are fighters automatically awarded bonus point just by winning the "championship rounds." Marquez winning rounds eleven and twelve is no more significant than him winning rounds five and six.

For the record, I won't argue with a close points win for Marquez. There were a few rounds that could have went either way. But to suggest Pac won via robbery or unfairly (not directed towards you in particular) is inaccurate. This was a good, close fight with no clear cut winner.

 

lol 30 seconds more into the end of the 3rd round and **** drinker would of went to sleep....he grabbed the rope for dear life and the bell saved him...then he was so dazed he didn't know where the f he was goin...bayless had to redirect him

 

Pac's problem against JMM and Morales was him constantly circling to his left instead of moving to his right . It was a pretty simple technical mistake that made those fights a lot harder then they needed to be. Roach has finally gotten Pac to use the ring better and move his opponents into his power shot.

oh and I had Pac winning this by 1 round the last time I scored it. People who claim Marquez was robbed are watching with blinders on. Remove your bias and score the fight properly.

 

Everybody knows Juan Manuel Marquez deserved the nod.

jmm should have won, but if someone wants to say pac by a point, i can see how it happens....but pac by 3, no f'ing way

 

I had Pac barely edging out the win. Really close, awesome fight though.

 

great fight. i scored it for pac but i have no problem if someone gave it to jmm. they had both case. that said, it's far from robbery, like some posters here trying to imply.
