You're stupid, he was trying to gain a bunch of weight and then stopped with a week and half of training left and that got him to 144. They have to wake him up in the middle of the night and feed him and he only got to 144

 

Yet he rehydrated to 148.

I would rather see Pac fight someone else. I really liked the two fights with Marquez and both of them were competitive and close but I strongly feel that at this stage Pacquaio has improved and Marquez has slightly declined. Even thought I feel a third fight would still be close it would be a clear UD for Pac. I would rather see Pacqio fight Berto and Marquez get a fight with some other champion Bradley/Alexander.

 

It happened but don't blame Pac for it. He fights anyone placed before him whether he's weight drained or not. If Marquez cannot make 144-147, he should not make this fight. It's suicide for him. More brutal than Margarito.

JMM was 145lb against Katsidis

Fight Marquez at 140. Simple. What's so hard? Pac gets a full breakfast and we get the fight on a better level than 147.

 

147 , if Roach says 147 I would like him to stay there and clean house, no more catch weights even though he will still cop **** for ducking a LW (JMM) or Martinez (MW)

 

Look it really doesn't make any difference, they can do it at 147, JMM can weighin at 142-143 and come into the fight at about what he weighed with Katsidis, Manny would come in at about 148-149 or maybe lighter no real advantage there Pac has outweighed him on fight night before anyway, if Pac can come in at 144 in a fight contracted at 150, then there should be no beef when JMM does it,

With that being said i would rather see Pac fight Berto instead, Jua's chin is very shaky, he goes down in damn near every fight, Pac would likely KO him.

 

They rehydrate at roughly the same weight so there is really no point in limiting Pac's weigh in weight. Having it at 140 is only meant to make Pac weaker.

140 would be ideal for this fight. But if Marquez really wants this fight he should probably go up to Pacquiao's division which now is 147. Pointless fight in the eyes though. Fun. But pointless.

That's what I said. He looked sharp so why does some people think he's at a great disadvantage if he fights Pac @ over 140?

 

He won't fight Marquez next, get real, Arum won't allow it or Roach.

Berto or Mosley is what we'll be getting.

 

JMM will bring in more money than Berto or SSM. Arum won't pass up that one.
