I don't think it matters what weight this fight takes place, since they are both close in weight on fight night. It can be at 147 and Marquez can still come in at whatever weight he feels most comfortable in, and Pac won't outweigh him by much on fight night.

 

They should agree to weigh in at 144.

Then Pacquiao can come in at 146.

Not looking forward to that fight (watch Pac-JMM 2 again, you'll see how much Pac has improved since then).

But if it had to happen I'd say 140. If Pac want to go crazy and have more of a challenge, then 135 for JMM's lineal title (a 5th for Pac). But I know that's highly unlikely.

 

Any non bias fan knows this fight should take place at 140, anything more than that we know what team will be pushing for 142-147atsch The sad part we all know if this fight happens the fight will take place between 142-147. NOT 140!!!

 

In an ideal world, I'd like to see it at a catchweight between 135 and 140.

The highest they should fight at is 140. JMM doesn't even belong at that weight, so having it any higher just wouldn't be fair.
