147. If it's okay for Mayweather it's okay for Pacquiao. Then Pacquiao will be able to show that failing to knock out a much smaller man is not terribly impressive. Pacquiao in 3.

I don't think Pac is really that motivated to fight him the 3rd time.....he believes he has beaten JMM twice already.

I would think he's more into proving that he's not scared of a slick A-American...if Floyd doesn't come out of hiding, it's going to be Berto.

Exactly. People are being very shady with this one when its really clear above 140 JMM wont be that effective. I think Pac fans are scared to see it at 140 & under because Marquez will be in a better position than at 147. :deal
Sounds like cheating to me. Even though Floyd cheated JMM still took that fight. He shouldn't do it again but he is a great warrior and will do what it takes. Why cant Pac & Floyd do that.
