A lot of funds have to be put up between now and the time the fight happens for the fight happens. Hopefully for Manny’s sake those funds will be put up. Bob knows his stuff on how to put up a fight like this. Damn this thing if does not happen.
Something similar happened with Pac vs. Khan in Dubai if I remember correctly. But I don't think that went as far as this one with an actual official announcement etc. Seems pretty stupid to announce a fight when they don't have the necessary assurances in place.
