PACQUIAO VS. MATTHYSSE/MAIDANA : Would PAC Look Like an UNSTOPPABLE BEAST Again (?)

Yeah, sustaining that kind of movement for 12 rounds would indeed be taxing on Pac and probably is on the other side of likelihood.

However, the possibility of either Matthysse or Maidana lasting that long against Pac seems as just as dubious, IMO.

 

Pac would tap those sorry asses. It's just pac has trouble with fighters with lateral movement, head movement, great D, great countering and balance.

in the end, style make fights.

 

2 very different fighters. Maidana is way too primitive for any version of Pac. Matthysse I dunno man I think he'd give present pac a good fight and it'd be close.

 

The last person Pac stopped was a drained Cotto, and that was due to the ref stepping in. Cotto was still coherent and not out on his feet, just out of his depth.

With that said, how is Pac going to stop either guy? Maidana I could see losing a wide UD, but Matthyesse is a nightmare for Pac. If I am Pac's people, I would keep far away from Lucas. Don't even mention his name and pretend he doesn't exist.

Yes he would look like a beast in there with those. Two slow come forward fighters with poor defense. Pac eats those types for lunch.:deal

He only fights to make his people happy. not because he has to or he likes it.

 

I believe that Matthyse will fight pretty much the same way he fought with Alexander and Zab if he goes up against Pac.

On the other hand, Pac will fight in spurts like against Bradley because Matthyse can actually box as well as brawl.

I think they'll both be weary of each others power so I don't think it'll be a wipeout either way.
