Floyd wasn't overly aggressive fighter, he had the same counter punching style but let his hands go far more frequently and back then his hands weren't broken. He hit hard... probably just as hard as Pac did at 130.

JMM showed 3 times that Pac can't deal with boxers who are effective at counter punching. 130lbs Floyd was the most effective and dangerous boxer/counter puncher boxing has seen for a long long time. Pac man would be the one going backwards by round 3 as he becomes tentative to throw punches because every time he tries he gets tagged hard.

Pacs best chance against Floyd would have been 2 years ago at 147... even then i think Floyd would still be too cute for him

 

Mayweather at any weight. So much better than Pacquiao.
