    Looks like good progress is being made during negotiations. I pasted one quote, however, the article provides more details.

    "Yes, I do believe it is going to happen in November. What exclusively I have heard, I cannot reveal entirely, but I think most of the issues have been resolved. It does not mean they won't find something else."

    Good news. In Dan Rafael's chat last week he refused to talk about the negotiations for the fight so I take that as a sign that it's going well.
