Marquez had Pacs number by putting Pac on the back foot and countering him. Mayweather, is bigger, stronger, faster, more accurate, better defensively and generally a better skilled fighter than Marquez so my money is on FMJ via wide UD. Can't see Pac being KO'd by Floyd though. As much as i would love to see Pac win i think Floyd is just far too skilled

 

Also people keep talking about Pacs work rate and Combos... against Floyd you have to pick your punches carefully or you will get countered all night, Combos is not the answer. Also with the size disadvantage I worry that Pac would eat pot shots on his way in all night.

Out of the 2 i'm a bigger Pacman fan but you can't deny Floyds skills. The way i see it the only advantage Pac has here is Work rate and Power... which is only an advantage if you can get in range to use it. Hope i'm wrong though

 

Mayweather is a level above Cotto tho, Cotto lasted 12 & would have heard the bell if not for ****ed up refereeing.

I dont see anyone getting KO`d in this one but never say never.... its just how I feel tho, 100%.

Pac-Man will try mightily to win but the ride ends here. Mayweather is just too good, and also holds a edge in size and strength. Based on styles people may think Mayweather isnt physically strong and is bullied by pressure but he already defeated 2 of the best pressure fighter and body punchers this genration in Jose Luis Castillo and an undefeated Ricky Hatton.

Manny isnt head & shoulders above Mayweather, c`mon, you cant believe that in your head.

 

Judah is a counterpuncher and Manny in a mid-range boxer puncher....two totally different styles.

So you actually think Manny will do a better job countering than Mayweather will.

Manny has to get passed Mayweather's long jab first, once he does that he has the straight right and left hooks to worry about, not only the best defense in the game.

Only way Manny wins is by Eyes closed Hail Mary shot, he dont have the versatility to methodically break down a fighter of Mayweather's calibre. Mayweather is a larger better version of Marquez with faster hands and better defense, I just dont see Manny winning at all.

 

He doesntatsch...Mayweather is on the same level based on natural talent, but above and beyond the most technically proficient fighter in the game today.

Mayweather by decision. Pacquiao is great, but Mayweather is greater in the actual skills department. Mayweather, as much as I dislike him, is the definition of boxing. Hit and don't be hit.

 

Pacman by split decision. I think Pacman will have better conditioning mentally and physically. I don't think styles will be an issue in this fight as I see it more of a physical fight than a boxing match. I don't think with Pacmans legs and handspeed that Mayweather will be able to rest for one moment. It will be all action from round 1 to round 12 and Mayweather will take more shots than he gives even though he will be more accurate when he gives.

 

Combos is the way.

Mayweather won't counter combos, he just attempts to catch all the punches on his guard.

Pacquiao's fast enough to be landing 1 or 2 of every 4 punches he throws in a combo.
