    Floyd would win this...A better matchup would be mosley-Floyd..mosley-williams...Pac fights off balance SOMETIMES (NOT ALL THE TIME) and he makes some technical mistakes...I feel floyd could counter very easy...Pacquio's defense isnt the greatest...THAN AGAIN, HE IS THE BEST IN THE WORLD FOR A REASON!
