Pacquiao vs Mosely Official Numbers are in!

Manny is P4P King of Boxing and P4P King of PPV today. Until Floyd choses to "move" when he wants.....PAC will continue to wear the crown Floyd held for a couple of years. It doesn't look like PAC has any intentions of giving it up and floyd doesn't look like he has any intentions on trying to take it from him. Boxing goes on!

Anything is possible....PAC would have to be as big a US Star that DLH was at his peak for them to do those kinds of Numbers. It's possible for sure given how popular PAC is now, but it will take time and very good business moves to get him as popular as DLH who was not only American, but a US Olympic Gold Medalist. DLH and Floyd set a HUGE PPV record but everyone knows that DLH carried most of that promotion on his name....Floyd was a necessary variable in the equation to make it work.

Floyd has very impressive stats for on 7 events......:smoke He's still an ******* but I can't knock him for being able to put up numbers. Ultimately it's good for boxing which is bigger than any ONE fighter.

Floyd just needs to contribute more if he wants to call himself the best or continue on with his career..

It was a sarcastic and derogatory statement you idiot! The PPV's can not be accurately compared. The only two things anyone can say for certain is the more exposure a fight has, the more it sells and the classic good guy vs bad guys is a proven seller. With Floyd vs Shane it was good guy vs bad guy. With Manny vs Shane it was good guy vs good guy. So you can't really compare the two because the themes selling points were different. If you have a PAC vs Mayweather fight on HBO and a rematch on CBS then you might be able to compare the fights sell-ability using subscribers as a difference, but it's not really the same fight. It says nothing about the selling power of eith fighter. It's all just speculation.

If your going to argure about who is the more marketable personality, then Pacquiao's name today with worth more $20 Million a year easily. Floyd on the other had has a hard time even getting endorsements because of his conflicts outside of boxing. If Floyd retires and he keeps his mouth closed hi might generate a huge selling book on his Autobiography and movie deal, but beyond that his name is not worth all that much maybe 100k - $1 Million a year. It would be prudent for Floyd to get a real publicist and shed his bad boy persona before he retires for good. He might still be able to save his name brand.

 

For a total mismatch, 1.3 million seems not a bad number.

I amrican boxing fights demographic, it is mostly matinos, blacks and asians who are the market. Among caucasians, the number is very small.

Apparently because showtime has not done boxing PPV for a long time, they have hard time getting the regional feeds.

But the base number given was 1.3 and could go higher once they finally get the otherregional numbers (probably to include international feed too).

So basically, it can not go lower than 1.3 million.

 

Pac has Void running from him, Void is so afraid, it's absurd! Void refuses to fight Pac, but instead does not mind beating up girls!
