Give the other guy concrete gloves and it can really take a lot out of you.:deal

Even though I don't think Cotto will ever be quite the same, it may not really matter in this fight because Pacquiao isn't the bigger man. He's not going to be able to push Miguel backwards like Margarito or Clottey, which is where I could see the mental affects getting to Cotto.

I think the fight kind of evens out. The weight should be no problem, and since Cotto is a bit bigger, if he's lost a little something, I figure the odds are still closer to 50/50.

This one is harder for me to pick Pacquiao to win than the ODLH and Hatton fights. I was pretty certain, when those fights were made that Pac-man would win those fights. I'm still uncertain how this fight will play out. I can see it going either way.

disagree with this thread in my opinion... I believe Cotto still has a lot left in him, his loss to Margarito has made him a different person and smarter as a fighter in the ring. The only thing I question is his team in his corner "such as bringing something new", but other than that Cotto has enough talent to defeat Manny at this moment or any moment.

    lmao

every fight before Margarito its always the same thing

"And the scary part is that he isnt even in his prime yet"

but now Cotto was only in his prime for the Margo fight that is one shortass prime lol

id say he was in his prime against Mosely and Judder. Those fights, plus Margo and Clottey considerably shortened his prime. He may still have it physically who knows. But mentally, Margarito took a lot out of him. Cotto was clocking Margo with his best shots all night, and Margo never even winced. That would **** with anyone's head

Exactly. There's nothing I've seen to suggest that he's fading. He's just fighting tougher opponents - and he's always been a vulnerable fighter.

LMAO, some of you are so damned clueless. If you don't think Cotto isn't mentally and physically affected from the Margarito fight, you know ****. Big surprise. Is this version of Cotto still good enough to destroy Pacquiao? Yep!

I am guessing a lot of the poll votes assume Cotto is still in his prime and would beat Manny in their up coming fight. Why not just make a poll to see who will win. I think Cotto is still prime and Manny is in his prime. 50/50

Pacmans fight Prime Cotto- Pac Loses by by brutal KO

When Pacman fights somewhat damaged Cotto Nov 14- Pac Loses by brutal stoppage

Either way Pacquiao loses in my opinion ..the size and strength of Cotto will be just too much for Pacquiao..hes def biting way off way more then he can chew

Cotto is still prime. People think he's shot just cuz he struggled wit Clottey, who nobody looks good against. I think Cotto wins.
