Cotto is a different fighter. He's more cautious but ultimately a "smarter" more intelligent ring practitioner. Although his agressiveness has been reduced I feel Cotto is a better fighter now than he was before Marg. I don't thnk he has any risidule effects from his loss to Marg. It was brutal and he gave alot, but People are not giving Josh enough respect for the kind of fighter he is. Josh would have beaten the Cotto that faught Marg IMHO. His style was more agressive and less tactful even though he was "boxing" in those early rounds. Josh would have ate him up with counters. The Miguel that actually faught and beat Josh was a more composed and cool customer using more intelligence to pull out a very close "W".

No question. When Cotto meets an immovable object the results have always been the same.

Either that, or in beating N'dou Cotto somehow lost his prime.

I smell early excuses for COTTO supporters.

 

Tough fight that won't go the distance..I see Manny could be caught coming in either that or da accumulation factor will get Cotto in trouble.However, it's Pac speed vs Cotto lumbering work but strong.
