Pacquiao vs Rigo who wins

Pacquiao was raw at 122. Footspeed and footwork are different concepts. Rigo's footwork at 122 was so far superior to Pac's that I won't even explain it to you.

 

If his footwork is good then why did he shift all his weight to his backfoot thus paralyzing him in the ring against Loma?

 

38 y/o fighting at 130. I'm talking about prime 118/122.
