According to Garcia, he and Rios are gunning for Manny Pacquiao. So, who takes it?

Pacquiao hurts him in a big way...Freddie will tell Pac to **** him up for taking the **** out of parkinsons... Slow punishment.

Rios is afraid to move up to 140 for gods sake...

A guy like Rios needs to prove himself by fighting Maidana at 140..then we can see how tough he really is.

a prime pac would beat rios easy, this current pac will have a hard time, he might even get ko'd.

just like against bradley, i wouldn't quarrel with anyone who considers pac as the underdog.

Rios is looking like a future big draw, so it won't happen anytime soon.

If he fights Pac this year? Pac by ass whipping.

If it happens late next year? Could be interesting.

    LOL

You do realise Pac should be retiring in the next 2 years???
    3 years max

Brandon will be 28 by then and should be @ 140... possibly thinking about moving to 147...

there is ZERO chance of that fight happening.

    different generations.

Come on man, you act like he's shot roy jones, you saw how he beat up marg 1.5 years ago, he can still easily take the smaller rios, that type of boxer favours pac, bradley has a much better chance now than rios would have in 1.5 years.

Rios should be extremely wary if this fight does occur. Remember Pac vs Hatton? LOL It will be just like that but probably much quicker.

I have laugh at those that dismiss Rios so easily and at those that compare Rios to Margarito. They are two completely different fighters. I think this fight would be an even fight at any time in these two fighter's careers. I picked Rios by KO simply because I think Rios is hungrier and would find a way to get it done.
