Rico, I think you're seriously underrating the newly improved shoulder-roll Berto that Guerrero beat.

Oh God, I'm having flash-backs of those first two rounds where Guerrero had him falling all over the place.

Man, you're going to see two guys going to war and you're complaining. You're new hobby is watching paint dry if you thought the Mayweather fight was worth watching. No one wanted to see Mayweather hugging a C-level fighter all day. Everyone wants to see the war between Pac and Rios. I'd pay for this ppv any day.

Given what happened in his last fight, Pac would of been entitled to take a softer touch than Rios.

Really have no problem with this.

I doubt that that Rios poses more of a threat than Alvarado. Rios is a one dimensional fighter and his style isn't easy to figure out. He was made for a fighter like Pacquiao whereas Alvarado can switch it up and cause Manny more problems.

I think Manny beats them both but he should've chosen the more credible opponent which is Alvarado. Also there is no difference as you say, apart from the fact that Alvarado is coming of a win, whereas Rios is coming off a loss. Not a good choice.

It's an ok tune up. Both are coming off a loss.
By no means is it a world class opponent. There's little options left now anyway. Marquez is fighting bradley and not much else in the TR stable for him to fight at 147.

    Alvarado is injured.

The Pac haters can settle down now.

That had to be one of the most comical adjustments I've ever seen a fighter try to execute. What in the world where they thinking.

This is the type of fight casuals will love. Arum knows what he's doing. These two guys are guaranteed to go for the KO, and Rios' style guarantees there will be opportunities for both to do so.

So Alvarado's injured? If thats true I guess that makes Pac rios official. I think I preferred Alvarado but I guess it doesn't really matter. Both are good tuneup fights , and this one will be a war while it lasts.

Fighting someone coming off a loss with no footwork or lateral movement. Gonna be just like the Margarito fight. LOL the cherrypick is strong on this one. At another catchweight I presume? Truly the "Catchweight King".
