Pacquiao vs Spence - Your pick and why ?

I would give Pac all the credit in the world if he fights Spence, even after he is stopped. I don’t know if Freddy would go along with this fight though.

 

Spence have size, youth, and strength on his side. Pac have speed and experience. First off I would like to say Spence boxing ability is much better than what most think, we bared witness to this last night. Pac would have to close the distance and fight on the inside, but the question is can he? Spence jab is nothing to play with, and he will definitely use it to keep Pac on the outside. Either fighter can take this fight, but my money would go on Spence.

 

spence, pacs to old. still at his age he has enough in the tank to get some decent scalps and look decent getting them, but spence would be pacs first fight against an ELITE level fighter since mayweather, hes only gotten older since then and will likely end in a knockout loss for pac

 

so if spence beats pacquiao (even tho your first post implies you favour pac) your just gonna add to your list "old faded ancient natural 140lb fighter pacquiao"

 

If spence doesnt level up his counter punching he is going to have a horribly difficult time with pacquiao.

I'd actually pick pacquiao to win. Spence is gonna try to box pacquiao, and it is his best strategy, but like I said, he needs to level it up.

 

Not sure about that at all, maybe for spells but hes educated in there Spence, he can up the tempo more than he did with Garcia imo

Jeff Horn was engaging with Pacquiao and he won lol. Spence is way better then Horn.

Good fights make for good debates leading to them. I see this fight as a Hearns v Leonard type of fight with Crawford taking the role of Leonard. Let’s hope this fight is made in our lifetime.

 

Spence would beat everyone at 147 and 154. Pac would be light work.

 

Horn made Pac feel his age by headbutting, headlocking, arm-barring, wrestling, and leaning all 160+ pounds of himself on Pac at every possibly opportunity. Did he outbox Pac? Nope. Did Spence ever lean or wrestle Mikey? Nope.

 

Old Margarito without his special wraps gave Pac a tough fight. The only thing Margarito has over Spence is his beard. I just don’t see this fight ending well for Pac.

 

Spence will retire pac. People need to realize that Spence is prime and elite he's no shot lucas or a checked out clown like broner he's the real deal. He will put a beating on pac. I have no idea why pac fans keep calling for this fight. It wont end well for them. Pac needs to stick to fighting guys like granados or lipinets or he will get wrecked.
