Is this inevitable or will Top Rank once again throw Pacquiao damaged goods with someone in house like Miguel Cotto?
(Margarito has no chance, too slow, will be an easy target for Manny, Manny will hit Margarito even easier than he did Clottey, book it)

Protecting him and it aint to a certain extent. Did 5 people really say ONLY #1 ranked P4P fighters?

highly doubt Sergio.. he looks bigger at 160 and i dont think a catchweight would neutralize that

If paul looses id say maybe.. but not till after a cotto gratuitous rematch

Really AlisJab can you make the results public? Who really said he fights only #1 p4p fighters.

I don't see how Manny can fight himself but it's closer to the truth than the other poll option.

No clue, I don't usually make threads. I just want to ask for an explination from those on how his last opponents were #1 p4p fighters.

Can someone else lend a helping hand?

I'm pretty sure we can chalk it up to fanboys, no way are his recent opponents p4p top fighters when they had a loss in one of their two previous fights to facing Manny.

Arum cares about the money. If a fight vs. another fighters stable could make him what his own can, he'd take it. Last I looked, Pac fought DLH, Hatton, and JMM...NONE of whom are Top Rank fighters. And wanted Floyd, another GBP fighter.

One thing is certain, he'd fight the winner before Floyd would ever consider it.

Cotto didn't have a loss in one of his two previous fights to facing Manny.

    Neither did Hatton.

So feisty, are you related to Pacquiao? Why are you getting so freaking defensive? Excuse me, who watched Hatton vs Lazcano? Oh wait, I suppose Hatton's win over Paulie made him a top p4p fighter.... yeah, so your defensive posture is pointless. Same applies for Cotto, so I guess Cotto's win over Michael Jennings (lol) and his gift decision over Clottey after being stopped by Margarito made him a #1 p4p fighter right? lol.

Sorry, didn't realise Manny's wife was on here..... my bad mam.

:huh So what's your answer? He fights the #1 P4P if it offers Arum the most money, and if not they protect him to a certain extent? Or...
