"Look neither of us want any part of the testing, why risk our purses with either failing" Probably the gist of their conversation
i was worried they had both signed up to VADA there!!!!!phew Imagine how bad they would both be now after years of juicing?...just look how bad AJ has been since he got off the PEDs
Disgraceful. I understand it's around 30k for VADA testing. I can see the problem at flyweight etc were many fighters fighting for a world title wont even get that much but with a fight like Pacman v Thurman, there is no excuse.
True, but who is gonna pay for it? Anyone in a position to pay stands to lose if there's a positive test.
This is a welcome development to my rational eye. If this fight sells more of the networks and whoever will sit up and take notice and realise fans don’t really care about “drug testing” and would just rather see the fights getting made It’s been an open secret in boxing for decades that almost all the top guys - particularly the Americans and the non whites - are on something most of the time and the only time a “failed test” gets out is for a strategic matchmaking play Let em all get on with it ( as many already are ) and May the best man win The irony of course is the man at the very top of boxing right now is a fat bloke who could never be rationally accused of taking performance enhancing substances
If fighters want testing, the rule should be that they have to pay the 30k for their opponents test. If the opponent wont pay, then no test. Doing this also keeps fighters on their toes cos they dont know whether or not the opponent will call it or not.
a fat guy cant be on PEDS ? Of course they can, ever see worlds strongest man ? So can a skinny guy like Lance Armstrong.
