i think prime Trinidad wins via SD, Pac maybe fast and more skillful, but this is the biggest and heaviest he's ever been in the ring, Its his 7th division and he is deemed an underdog (take away his popularity) against any top 10 fighter at the Welter division.

 

tito would be a horrible match up for pac. sort of like a bigger badder version of the morales who beat pac at 130.

the 2 styles that could beat pac now are the extremely technical conter punchers and those who throw as much punches or more than pac.

 

Pacquiao isn't really a welterweight, guys. He's great enough to compensate for his lack of size with two very good welters so far. But Tito was a great welter with murderous punching power. It's just too much for him.

Pac is my favorite fighter but I miss the days when Tito were sending opponents to kingdom come with his left hook. I'm going to watch the joppy fight right now.

 

Would have been a great, epic brawl while it lasts. Perhaps, a FOTY contender.

I would lean on the bigger, longer Trinidad here, though I can see Pacquaio tagging him for some scare, or even a knock down.
