It's hard to imagine a former Flyweight world champion walking down Cotto. A legit, A level Welterweight. But it happened.

In the beginning of the fight they went toe to toe for a couple rounds. I thought Pacquiao was in trouble. Cotto was bigger, tougher and stronger. And he looked it. Standing right in front of Pac and trading. I thought uh oh Manny's in trouble. He bit off more than he can chew here against a much bigger man.

Then miraculously Pacquiao knocks him down twice. Cotto's hurt. He doesn't trade with the same intensity anymore. He's falling behind of the scorecards.

And shockingly in the later rounds. Pacquiao is slowly stalking down a Welterweight. He's following him around the ring. Cotto's avoiding confrontation. Pacquiao's finishes and destroys him.

Instead of just coasting out a wide UD he's stalking Cotto and obliterates him.

People can say what they want, pacrds, roids or whatever. At the time their adrenaline was through the ****ing roof and they know it. Legendary performance.

Cotto was a bit overrated. He is definitely top tier but not a level of Pac and Marquez's.

Well, not as legendary as márquez knocking the f out of paquiao. One of the greatest kos my eyes have ever seen, and definitively one of the moments to remember in boxing history.
