Manny is very quick and precise but the difference between DLH and Margarito is that Margarito doesn't freeze when hit. Now that might not seem like a huge difference but believe me it is.

When Pacquiao finds out he can't stop this train he's gonna regret ever getting in the ring with it.

I think what Roach is banking on is the lack of luck Tony has had with south paws all of his losses were at the hands of a lefty, Manny has speed good power good footwork so Roach may see things a bit differently but even the best trainers can often be wrong.

Freddys wrong in this case, but I do hope they take this fight, it would keep Mayweather out of the picture and when Tony does win, what does Floyd do? My money says he stays retired.

Mayweather already knows about Tony. If you can't hurt him or slow him down he's gonna win. Pacquiao won't get it done. One thing I've always said about DLH is that when he catches punches flush he freezes. Vargas froze him. Quartey did and even Whitaker did at times.

Margarito eats punches and keeps throwing. That will be a monumental difference here. And lets not forget the huge difference in stamina between DLH and Margarito.

I hope this doesn't mean he'll be coming in overconfident and looking past Hatton.

    Bad move for Pacman.

    Reon Kadena is the name

    On topic:
Also I don't think Pac has good chance at winning against Margarito. He has still a chance for an upset but not by very much or even much.
Margarito is like a tank just going at you, even how many rounds you fire it will still be coming forward to squash you.
But let's not take away his chances, a proper gameplan and a great training could turn the tide against anyone.

That is true.....but it's also true that PAC doesn't really sit down on his punches too long aside from the straight left....PAC is able to BOX 3 mins of every round for 12 rounds....if it were 15 rounds I doubt that would be a problem either.

Given the vast difference in speed PAC has all the ablity to hit and not get hit by most of Margs shots. I'm sure he'll touch PAC eventually and end up getting PAC riled up and ready to got toe to toe. Which is IMO where the fight will be decided. And unfortunately you don't go toe to toe with Marg unless you you are one,two or three weight classes higher.

I saw Paq at s toys r us earlier this month. He is much bigger than he appears for weigh ins. I think he is 5'8 or 5'9 155 lbs. I still think Margo is much bigger and would wreck him.

And so can Oscar. Oscar may have been weight drained but that doesn't mean he lost all his MW power as well. Pac has decided to end his boxing career this year and probably just wants to fight the best possible oppositions. His exit route would be Ricky-Floyd-Antonio. I don't think he'll have the same fate as Cotto's. If you've noticed in the Oscar fight whenever Pac gets hit he moves away; he will move away from Marg the moment he senses danger. He will not be stupid to test his chin against Marg but will be smart to test his stamina. Marg is 4 1/2 inches taller and 20 pounds heavier than Pac while Valuev was 8 inches taller and 80 pounds heavier than Ruiz. If you would compute for the speed, strength and size ratio and consider the boxers' abilities, Pac has a chance here. Bring back Henry Armstrong!

Because he has fats on rest days. In fight nights and training he roams at 140-149lbs of pure muscles.

Pacquiao looks really energetic against the likes of Marquez (a counterpuncher) and DLH (who is way past his prime, also reluctant to get hit).

He will have to amp up his activity level alot against Margarito. So his famous stamina may become an issue here.
