You're referencing a 2 month old article. Whatever failed negotiation there was 2 months ago is irrelevant. At current we have two fighters who have yet to name their next opponent. They're both on record as saying they want each other next. However, it is Floyd who's been the most vocal one going all Twitter-thug on Pacquiao so presumably you would think he'd make the effort to call the man's camp and get the ball rolling. That's a reasonable enough expectation.
