    fail thread....only stipulation to fight at a weight class is that you must be at or under the maximum weight (the divison weight). you can be 125 and fight at heavy if you're that much of a freack of nature....this is why catchweights are garbage, it creates and illusion by draining bigger ifghters and making the smaller guys look like heros when they beat them. bigger guy is at a lose lose situation, if he wins he won cause he's bigger...
