    Exactly:good

Roach is going to be made to eat his words, because he has been the classless one up to this point.

Good point, but it would have looked strange if they had changed the scales...in view of the public...why would they have done that?

Yes it would look strange. I am just trying to get all the facts. I did not view the weigh in video, only photos.

There was a big gap between the weigh-in of these two and everyone else...plenty of commotion and everything...no one kept an eye on the scales throughout...but there should be video evidence proving the case one way or another.

All of them were weighed not too long before Pacquiao and De La Hoya. The crowd was already there, and they were pretty into it. I sort of skimmed thru the video, but I doubt in front of all those people that they suddenly brought in a new scale for Pacquiao and De La Hoya.

That would be too obvious, and I'm sure Team Pacquiao would have made a big issue out of it if that had been the case.

If Manny i beaten.... we will see further aguements arise... including this one, and action will be pressed for.

We need to know for sure one way or another. Because if it was the same scale that means everyone was overweight which is on its face absurd.

On the other hand, it seems unlikely that Roach and especially Pac would lie about Pac's weight.

I view this story as extremely significant, either both Roach AND Pac agreed to come up with a goofy lie to throw of DLH or DLH didn't make weight and found a way to get around it. But even that seems crazy, to take such a big embarassing risk like that. They would have to know that the other team would react the way Roach and Pac did.

    This is very very strange.

It is! Either it is blatant, serious cheating or a very serious false defamatory allegation. Very serious business indeed!:deal

It all comes down to video proof of whether or not the other fighters used the same scale, and whether that scale was tweaked in some way - adjusted, or somehow ends up out of view for a time, before the other weigh ins.

A longer pause between everyone weighing in and than Pac and DLH isn't necessarily too suspicious, but if that isn't the same scale than more suspicion falls on DLH, however, if it IS the same scale, than Roach and Pac are looking suspicious since all the other fighters weighed in perfectly instead of underweight (I assume, I am sure others can verify).

As mentioned in the other thread, if Pac weighed 141 in the last episode it was only because it was after he already worked out. He weighed 146ish today and 142 on the scale!!! That is crazy!!!

If you look at the video you can see how shocked Roach is after Manny has weighed in much lighter than he expected and even goes back for another look at the scales.

Watch it, its obvious he's not lying and was confused at Manny's weight.

    Strange
