I think that's a bit unfair on Spence jnr.

Besides, if he's able to remain unbeaten without training properly, living the life etc...how good would he be if he did?

The Kell Brook he beat wasn't shot, and that was a good win - away from home too.

He also has wins over Porter and Garcia.

I'm not necessarily saying they were the best versions of themselves, but they are still good fighters and he beat them.

Personally, I see nothing in this for Spence jnr.

If he wins it's against a well past his best Pacquiao, and if he loses it's against a well past his best Pacquiao.

The only fight I care about seeing Errol involved in is against Crawford.

Anything else is just bull****.

 

this fight will turn out however spence wants it to turn out. if he wants to ko manny, hes gonna ko manny. if he wants to outbox manny, hes gonna outbox manny. not saying either one will be easy, or that pac wont have his moments, but spence is going to decide how it ultimately goes.

 

The Brook win wasn't a very good one for me. Brook struggled big time to make 147 anyway, then had to take off the 160 weight, including muscle, after having his face smashed in. Anything after the GGG fight was a shot Brook imo

Spence is a thought mofo and a vicious body puncher.
Can Pac outbox him? Sure, I myself expect him to, at least for the most part.
But Spence has youth on his side and it´s a good matchup for him.

 

Wouldn't shock me if Pac did pull off the upset, from a style perspective Spence is well suited for Pac's style, with his minimal movement, aggressive style, high guard defence and lack of a right hand counter.

But age catches up to everyone and Spence is relentless. Pac will need to force Spence onto the back foot if he is to not get out worked and I just don't see that happening for the full 12 rounds at this stage of Pac's career.

I fully expecting Pac to give Spence all kinds of problems, maybe even drop him like he did Thurman, but slowly but surely youth will prevail and Spence will win a hard fought points victory.

Spence isn't a plodder

He's a stalker that cuts the ring off. His feet are actually fairly educated. He's no speed demon but if you can't tell the difference between a plodder (Jaime Munguia for instance) and a stalker (Spence), somethings wrong.............

Also: what "plodder" have you seen ever fight effectively at range or moving backwards?
