Pacquiao has recently got beaten by Marcos Jr. in his homeland so he's now interested in getting in the ring again. This is what I predicted last year after he retired and now it's coming true. His first fight is expected to take place in this coming August 2022 but it's not confirmed yet. What else can Pacquiao do to make a huge sum of money if not boxing?

He has nothing to prove, I hope he stays retired
It's only a matter of time until some scrub who isn't fit to lace his boots stiffens him

We Don't need another roy jones

His legacy is sound and he retired on his feet, rather than on his back

    He can get into coaching

Pacquiao needs money badly to launch his presidential campaigns again next time (2027). That's the point. This time he got beaten embarrassingly by Marcos Jr. It's not even close.

I certainly hope that he stays retired. Too many fighters have fought on past their best and have taken beatings. That will happen to GGG if he gets in the ring with Canelo again. I don’t want it to happen to Manny.

Source? Pacquiao needs to stay retired and preserve his own health. He's still a Senator so he should just stay focused on his political duties His boxing days are done and over with.

He should be well and truly set for life, the Mayweather fight should have ensured that.

He must be surrounded by nothing but yes man. He has no chance of ever becoming president and not a soul around him will say that.

You know how cheap life is over there.
Pac was set for life after the first barrera fight I think .
Hos great great grandchildren are set for life with everything he did after.
Even with all the leeches surrounding him.

I always get Duran vibes from Pac though in that he somehow blows all this money and fights way too long for his own good.

    He should stay retired.

Politics, sports betting, and the entertainment industry are the only ways to lose the amount of money Pac has made.

But he's involved in politics so yeah he's probably broke.

Pac is a shell of himself at the point no chance he can be competitive with the elite around his weight. Best bet is to fight Mcgregor for a final pay day.

McGregor needs to get a win to make it viable.
