Pacquiao will knock Marquez out early if they fight again.

    I strongly, strongly believe this.

When Pac fought Marquez at 126, Marquez had been a featherweight for 11 years, and had been fighting at world level in that division for around 5 years. Pac had been at 126 for a year, he had been at superbantam before that, and flyweight before that.

At that point, Marquez was the naturally bigger fighter who was more comfortable at that weight.

When Pac fought Marquez at 130, he weighed 145 to Marquez's 141 in the ring, not a huge difference by any means. Marquez had 2 previous fights at 130, Pac had 7.

At that point, Pac had a slight edge in experience at the weight and size.

If they fight now, this is what will be in the ring:

    - A 32 year old man with 5 fights and 5 wins (3 stoppages) at weights higher than 135lbs, and world titles at lww, ww and lmw. A man who completely brutalized a 165lbs Margarito, and 150+lbs Cotto and Clottey. A man who can look in peak physical condition weighing 144-148.5lbs

    - A 37 year old man with 1 fight and 1 loss at weights higher than 135lbs. A man who had to go life and death with career lightweight Juan Diaz, and who looked bloated, overweight and sluggish after weighing in at 142 vs Mayweather

This would be a complete slaughter. :bbb

Marquez is just looking for a huge payday before he retires. :-(

Come on, you know that's not his motivation for this fight

I agree, he would get murdered now. He should have 2 or 3 more fights at LW after Katsidis and then cash out against someone like Morales.

P.S: Do you have links to your top 50 wins of 90-99 and 00-09? I loved reading them.

Yeh easy fight. If mayweather don't fight, Pacquiao should fight Berto. That would be a decent fight.

He's 37 for god sake. Did you expect him he's still fighting in 2013?:patsch

Almost all the boxers that want to fight maynever and pacquiao is all about fame and money. Let it put this way.Example if Marquez gonna fight FIGHTER A he gonna receive 10mil and instanly boost on his resume but if he fight FIGHTER B he gonna receive 3Mil and it just do nothing on his resume. Now who do you think Marquez gonna fight??

yet *****s keeps claiming that marquez was comfortable with his weight when he fought maynever, (it's like the scenario was maynever schooling a prime marquez at his best weight)

I just don't think that the payday is his primary motivation for this fight. He's been chasing this fight ever since their rematch. He honestly feels that he beat Pacquiao twice and wants to prove it. He's made good money in his career, he's set for life. He just wants another crack at Pac before he retires

pacquiao has been fighting much bigger opponents than him in his last 5 fights. he was able to take their punches while hurting them with his own punches in the process.

pac now fights someone his size or a little smaller... what do you think will happen to that guy?
