I doubt GBP will stage floyd vs a mediocre fighter head to head to pac-clottey. It will be a loss for floyd bargainng chip should their fight nego be revisited on the later part of 2010. Im pretty sure floyd wont fight on march 13 coz he'll lose more than it would gain him.

With hbo and 24/7 behind him floyd can outsell PAC. Chat shows, radio shows, floyd will be on everything. PAC can barely speak English.

Mayweather bottled it big time against Pac, but is that suprising after Pac beat the shite out of Cotto.... Everyone in the boxing world no's that Mayweather ducked it deprived us of a great fight.

Yeah, Floyd gave Pacquiao what he wanted in Negotiation and when Floyd asked for random olympic style blood testing, Pacquiao acted like Floyd asked him to cut off one of his fingers. Yeah, Pacquiao ran like someone with something to hide.

Mayweather is going to win the PPV race, If HBO backs GBP and Mayweather, Top Rank is going to have to pay for all of the advertising.

    Not necessarily

i mean pacquiao SHOULD sell alot more ppv's than Floyd on march 13th...hes fighting a good opponent in a brand new mega arena that people will want to see out of curiosity...plus you have the return of margacheato on the undercard....and you also have alfonso gomez vs jose castillo which most will agree will be a war

    BUT

if mayweather decided to take the kermit cintron fight instead of malignaggi (and btw fighting cintron is the ONLY way he can match pac in ppv numbers march 13th) ....and golden boy decide to stac the card then i think its a tough one to choose...i mean look at it like this

    Manny Pacquiao vs Joshua Clottey
    Antonio Margarito vs Carson Jones
JOse Luis Castillo vs Alfonso Gomez

it does create excitement ...add to the fact it will be in Dallas Cowboys stadium.....but if pbf fights cintron and guys like victor ortiz joan guzman are on the undercard so does that fight

He wasn't calling the shots. Did you read the post you quoted? The first 1/2 is about how Floyd gave Pac everything he wanted. How is that "calling the shots?"
