When Pacman was first coming up, he was one dimensional and reckless (outboxed by Sakasul up until the KO, not really inclined to box on his toes that much at 122lbs, and so on).

But the development of his skill-set has been quite remarkable as of late. Pac's showed really good in-and-out and side-to-side movement throughout the year (even in his close fight against the formidable Marquez), his durabiity has improved immensely as he's gone up in weight, and while not relying as much on power as he did, retains the pop needed to keep anyone in check.

DLH may not have been able to "pull the trigger" anymore, but that doesn't mean that Manny Pacquiao hasn't developed into something really special...and the type of fighter that we don't see very often in our...or any...lifetime.

People are just too proud and threatened to see and admit that their conventional and predictable wisdom can be made to look utter **** (and often) by a once-in-a-lifetime exception of a fighter in Manny, that all preposterous spin is bound to be invented just to elude the simple fact that they are egregious fools. As always, idiocy rationalized becomes two. :good

...Good observation there, mate. Couldn't have said it better myself. :thumbsup

hmm, let's not get carried away. While it was a good win for pac, i think margo or cotto would have beaten odh even worse... And yes maybe every single round of the 3 or 4 it would have taken to do so... The only top fighter that pac can beat at that weight is ugly boy floyd, and yesterday's fight proves it. Ubf didn't do even close to pac when he won by a pityful sd

I don't think a Pac win over Margo or Cotto will give him any credit, one is SHOT and the other is BUM!:patsch

Sucks that people still try to discredit the win some how...even if I wasnt a fan of PAc it would still be amazing feat
