I'm interested to watch the Aussie version to see how influential the commentary was.

but his connection percentage wasnt that bad. no worse than jmm's.

2 main problems in this fight. 1. everyone expected a blow out or dominating victory from pac....2.the whole crowd was pro marquez so the booing swayed tv viewers

The entire Top Rank call team had it for Marquez.

Personally, I had it for Marquez by three or four rounds!

This is incorrect, big bob had it a draw or maybe 1pt to JMM........... the others all had JMM easily winning on that coverage.

I had JMM by 4, and thought a draw would have been a robbery.
After a rewatch it may have been closer than I first thought, but still give it to JMM.
Pacaman missed lots that I think were counted.

Marquez looked better this time because he's still improving - first fight his arse hit the canvas 3 times, second fight only once, 3rd fight nil.

This fight will do Manny wonders for prep for PBF - a good close tough test like that will keep him sharp and working on improving areas.

pacman lost in my eyes, but maybe his usual blatent domination had something to do with it,cos it wasn't there.Mayweather may actually get in the ring now that he has seen that.

Marquez won, no doubt. I watched at the casino with a big crowd so I couldn't hear any commentary. The Filipinos there knew Pac lost, when the decision was announced all you could see was people shaking their heads. I'm not biased either way with these fighters, I scored it round by round as I went. It was close but clear that Marquez won.
Compubox means absolutely **** all as well, it's subjective because it's two guys tapping buttons as they watch. It's like saying the scoring of every amateur bout is absolutely correct.
People also don't seem to understand that a fight is scored on a round to round basis, you can have a guy who lands 400 punches in one round and then loses the next 11 rounds with the final punch stats being 450 landed to the loser and 350 to the winner. You can't just look at overall punches landed because it's completely irrelevant.
