Firstly I like and admire Manny Pac, any real and unbiased boxing fan, cannot help but doing so. In the ring his achievements are truly formidable. Twenty years ago, the thought that a fighter could be a champion in 8 weight classes would seem too far fetched to take seriously. But thats the point twenty years ago, as all us fight fans know boxing was very different. Pacman won his first belt at fly in 1998, and than went on to fight at sbantam and sfeather untill 2008, at which stage he embarked on his march through the divisions. We all know his accomlishments so no need to go further. Manny's career ended for most (obviously excluding financial) intents and purposes in 2009 after Hatton and Cotto. His legacy was carved between 2001-2008 where he fought some great fighters winning another 3 world titles, winning with style and class- and also losing with it. So it should be left there, Manny Pacquiao- great champion, world class boxer and likeable charactor. Top 50 P4P, but no more.
Strange thing to say, you basically think he is a great boxer with great accomplishments but not good enough to be considered a high ranked atg, seems a bit contradicting.
Oh Dear...... You're brave putting this up after 2 posts - I expect alot of backlash from *******s because you're a Noob And I would disagree, I think he is an ATG. No-where near the top but up there Credit for having the balls to put that up after 2 posts though!!!!!!
Que????? And dude - it should say NotaMMAfan. You don't need the an as the following letter is not a vowel :hey
Pac was already ahead of him before his win over Oscar. Dig up some polls you will see. Now it's not even close imo
