@ what weight? none of this we are fighting for the 154 pound belt but my opponent has to weight 150 pound stuff at weight in. Currently Manny is fighting at his ideal weight of 140 to 143 pounds. Now if he makes the heavier guys drain out to 150 or less then they are at a disadvantage. It's only logical, train for three months and drain yourself out to an uncomfortable weight then over night balloon over fifteen pounds. The body can't adjust that quickly... Manny is not on steroids he's just at his ideal weight while everyone else is not..
Pac loses to both IMO. Martinez has excellent movement is big and long, fast hands, decent pop, a great jab and can counter. IMO he could outbox Pac rather easily. My only concern is his lack of focus and taking rounds off. Williams IMO Williams is all wrong for Pac. He would walk through his shots while dishing out pain in return. He's extremly long, tall, has good pop and active with unlimited stamina. While he has shitty defense he takes as good as he gives and he has decent movement. I see Pac getting busted up and outworked by Williams on his way to being stopped.
I don't believe that you believe this, while we tend to disagree on some issues, I honestly thought you were more intelligent than this.
Williams would beat the **** out of Pac, if Margarito can find a home for his jab (hard to say with a straight face) imagine what Williams would do with his. Williams also has deceptive hand speed and power for his size, he's lanky and doesn't have the perceived explosivness but the results speak for themselves. There is no question his chin is good, he has heart, can handle adversity, Pac wants no part of the punisher. PWilliams UD Martinez on the other hand, while I think he will lose to Williams again, would beat Pac far more profusely than Williams would. Not because he's better per se', but because in this matchup his hand speed, aggression, rhythmn, power would be too much. No way Pac beats on him like he has the heavy bags he's faught lately. Martinez stops him, no doubt in my mind. He needs to go back down, no reason to go up and get beat by either of these guys.
I'd take Pacquiao over both. Mayweather, too...both Pac and May are far superior fighters and more physically gifted. I don't think either one's size advantages can overcome that.
No ****ing way, you obviously haven't watched a lot of Martinez, the dude is a Grade A fighter, why it took him so long to break through IDK, why he's lost to whoever the **** IDK, what I do know is that as it stands today, he is a damn good fighter and no way in hell Pac stops him. Check the mans resume and see who he's been in with, he ain't getting stopped by Pac bottom line.
It's not far fetched to say Pac beats Williams, but it won't be easy, because of Williams' size, workrate, and stamina. Williams is easy to hit because his jab is not great and he gives up his height when he comes in. His straight right is also not very powerful because sometimes he just thows arm punches. Also, there is a huge target for Pac in PW's body, and Pac would capitalize on it. If Williams used his reach and height properly, someone as short and low on reach as Pac, would never be able to move in and out on him effectively, because he would get caught at the end his punches everytime he steps out. Anyone that's easy to hit Pac has a great chance against, even if he's much bigger. Martinez on the other hand, is not only taller than Pac, but is actually a great boxer as well. He has a great jab, and can also fight from the outside and counterpunch. He's stylistically bad for Pac because of his counterpunching skills, and also because he's bigger but also very fast in both hand and foot speed. The flaws that Martinez has are: he keeps his hands low, sometimes takes rounds off, and maybe slows down in the last few rounds of a fight. Pac might be able to exploit some of those but Martinez might be a bit much for him.
