Sorry, but Pacquiao is a huge hypocrite and has done a complete 180 after being knocked out. PEDs weren't a concern until he got planked.

Can anybody blame Pac? He's fighting a 40 year old with terrible back acne, that found the fountain of youth. I think even if Marquez wasn't on roids he'd still have knocked out Manny with that punch (no doubt), and I usually don't accuse, but I'll be damned if Marquez isn't on it. Works with a huge drug cheat, and again is 40 years old with terrible acne.
I like Pac, but I can agree about the Mayweather testing, in which later on Pac changed his minds, was willing to "take the test", and Mayweather said *NO TO LATE PAC!**
I can understand why Mayweather might have thought Pac was on it considering the fact he was knocking out much bigger men at the time.. Maybe he was, I dunno (but he didn't have terrible acne or work with a huge drug cheat that I recall).

At any rate though, Mayweather put up many more roadblocks after the testing. If Pac does the same to Marquez then I'd call it ducking just like Mayweather, but considering he's fought Marquez 100x now.. Not sure how you can call Pac a duck.
