I might come across as stupid but maybe part of the deal will see Golden Boy and Top Rank make a different fight on May 5th between a fighter from each promotion company maybe Margarito vs somebody ect? so they both really exploit this special date

Then push back a date for Pac & May giving them more time for promoting the fight..

I hope it happens regardless all this "he's scared" crap from either side is as tedious as the back and forth arguing in the media between the people involved
