It is his footwork that has improved him as a fighter. He is almost always in a position to throw power shots because his amazing footwork provides maximum leverage.

Anyone got a recent video of him shadow boxing? If so watch his feet, it's ****ing incredible.

To be fair, Floyd Mayweather does that too when lunging in with a lead right hand. That's what got him caught against Zab Judah with a right hook (which should have been called a knockdown)

Yeah, I am notorious for thread hijacks and stuff like that.

    All over the place.

Looks like he is vibrating around the ring.

That and his ability to throw a hook and jab
    hed be nobody without that
the 1 punch is way to predictable he depended on. Pac balance is pretty good now tho I agree

If actually watch that round two and are not caught all up in the frenzy. Pac was doing nothing but loading up throwing haymakers the whole entire round. He was out of position after throwing majority of his shots. Hatton is no counter puncher and he tried to time Pacs shots and got caught by one towards the end of the round. At 2:56-3:00 is a prime example. Literally throwing haymakers with both hands walking forward out of position as usual. He was squared up more times than not(although b/c he was going for the finish). He almost landed that same shot like 4 times.

Pac has always had the right hook as part of his repertoire. Look at his fights against Rakkiatgym and Velasquez where he puts his opponents down and on ***** street with right hooks.

But you're right that the biggest improvement has been balance and footwork, but also ring generalship

His biggest improvement boxing wise is counter punching, patience and mixing his offense up....

Faster than today's Pac but not faster than Pac from 122 and 126 when he was fighting the some of the best fighters in the world with speed as his only advantage and knocking out everyone else with punches that you couldn't even see.

meldrick and pac are both a tad faster than camacho sr. and rjj, imo..

pac's handspeed at 126 was quite insane though..
