his chin was only tested at 130 and below, and its solid imo. at 135 and up, who knows? maybe cotto will show us how tough pac's chin is.

Just like everyone else is saying, 130 and below its above average. North of 135 who knows but scoring KO's without being chin checked is a good accomplishment. IMO most of the flush shots he takes look worse than they really are cause he's always lunging in and off balance.

Very solid chin, he's taken some quality shots in his career.

Pacquiao's punch resistance is good north of 140, IMV. People will be surprised at how well he takes Cotto's punches for the most part. That said though; the accumulation is going to kill Pacquiao if Cotto is able to land enough. I don't see any headshots from Cotto turning Pacquiao's lights out, but the body **** won't be pretty. Generic talk, but you can quote me on it.

Pac has proven that the longer his hair and mustache are the stronger he is. last time we saw him vulnerable was against Marquez at 130 with short hair and light stache. Now that he looks like a caveman he has become an indestructible P4P king.

Pac has been dropped many times. One was against Yeshmaganbetov and another from Hussein. He was able to get up but was shaky for a while. I don't know what he did with his chin went he went up in weight, seemed solid in the higher weights.

What? None of the above you mentioned hit him at the chin except Marquez. It was all body shots!

    I think pac has a solid chin.......BUT

Look at the jmm fights pac got hit with two hooks right on the button
and his body lifted of the floor and he was in serious trouble !!!!!!!!!

That was jmm's power WHAT WILL HAPPEN if cotto lands combo's
    like that ???
And cotto throws vicious combo's with venom every time :deal

I don't think manny will be as dangerous and explosive in this fight as he
has to be VERY CAREFULL against cotto's counters which can come at anytime even if he is hurt !!!!!!!
Miguel is DANGEROUS from bell to bell:thumbsup

Perfectly good chin. I think he's become more durable not only as he's increased in weight, but just simply maturity. The little boy you see hitting the deck years ago is not the same man that is such a great fighter now.

I wouldn't put it at granite or anything, but its good, I think it will turn out to be very good when people see he can hold a shot or two from Cotto.
