    I don't understand the veg or milk protein thing either. There are a few other things Ariza does I don't understand but it is working for them. The thing is the most valuable "fuel" for the body is real food and protein from that food not from shakes which are basically just an accessory and I would use only after a workout or before bed. You can't replace the nutritional value of whole food.

    too much rice meal is not good for the body. Id better get those Whey shakes. Im gettin fat. time to run motha****az.

    100% correct my friend

    I understand the shakes if Pac is not a big meat/chicken eater.... but animal protein and iron is much more efficient then veg/milk protein

    I wonder why people are surprised to see rice. I guess some thought they'd show Ariza crushing little pellets in a bowl and then mixing that powder in a giant glass with a red "Steroids" sticker.
