Pacquiao's Disdain and His 2016 Hit List

    Great and funny piece from examiner journalist, John Gatling.

    In summary, Pacquiao was watching Thurman/Collazo after a 4-mile run sitting with news outlets that included Examiner and Bandera. After the fight, Thurman was questioned about Mayweather which caused Pacquiao to make a "face of disgust" and prompted him to vent, "Mayweather...As much as I hated dealing with all the negotiations and this man, I would love it that much more to fight him again. He has no punch."

    Pacquiao spoke to Bandera in his native tongue and continued to express his anger over the Instagram video Mayweather posted, "He actually stood in front of that dummy and slapped him harder than he tried to punch me. Just look at the pictures. He would pull away as he throws his punch. I wish the public could've heard him lying in the ring to me after the judges gave their opinion. He's a terrible person."

    The journalist said that Pacquiao later called Bob Arum and spoke to him on the phone to get a status report. Bob Arum asked Pacquiao for the top six people that he'd want to fight when he returns.

    Pacquiao reportedly read off the following names: Floyd Mayweather, Paulie Malignaggi, Miguel Cotto, Ruslan Provodnikov, Amir Khan, and Juan Manuel Marquez.

    Clearly, a lot of these opponents are for purely personal reasons.

    Who do you think is the most likely opponent for him to fight early spring next year out of the six he listed?

    I find it hilarious that he wants Malignaggi. I hope Paulie finds out that Pac wants to hurt him.

    If someone iced me like Roidquez iced him, I would not even entertain the idea of a rematch, but Pac actually offered to fight Roidquez IN MEXICO CITY...!!!!

    if they can get paulie, and have him push his little anti-pac agenda in the build up to fight night, this could sell close to 1 million. kinda like a chavez-haugen or chavez-camacho. i would pay $70 to see paulie on the business end of pacs gloves, but most casuals dont know the history yet so they may not be interested right now.

    If this is real I would love to see it. Manny just may return to the old debauchery that made him famous so he could destroy people again.
    Paulie better start juicing up if Manny calls it will help him take the beating longer.
    Him fighting Floyd equals the same results, Mayweather UD.
    Marquez might try to kill him again.
    Khan gets the beating he has been praying for from a big name.
    Cotto ducks.
    Ruslan does not care, he like punches to the face more than food, water and booty.
