Plus, he would ve probably had a very tough time against the likes of nate campbell and Joan Guzman... so they rather let him fight Diaz, jorge Solis or Barrera again..

Guzman was a unknown fighter at that point and you really think Pacquiao is afraid of Raheem after facing legends in Barrera, Morales, or even a bigger DLH just because they "run" better? :dead

 

He didnt look good chasing Marquez in the first fight but he still fought him a second time.
