    Barrera- HOF
    Marquez- HOF
    Morales- HOF
    De La Hoya- HOF
    Hatton- HOF
    Cotto- HOF
Clottey- will only be remembered as Pac's opponent in the U.S. 3rd largest live gate attendance
Margarito- handwrap scandal will keep him out of HOF

If the point of this thread was to point out that Pac (the 8 weight world champ) is being overrated, big fail.

Out of Margarito, Clottey and Cotto. Only Cotto deserves to even be considered for the Hall of Fame.

Of Pac's last 5 opponents, this is how I feel of them:

de la Hoya and Hatton: Beat them each 18 months after Mayweather had

Cotto: More than legit win, but why the catch-weight?

Clottey and Margarito: Joke in-house fights to capitalize on Pacquiao's "mainstream-ness"

Between his wars with the Mexican trio, I'll remember:

Morales: Lost to, then defeated after Morales himself lost to Rahim between their first two fights, undeserving of winning 2006 FOTY for two KO's against a worn Morales

Barrera: The first fight, his best quality W, but the second fight had a pre-determined outcome with Barrera being a shadow of his former self

Marquez: Two super close fights that I believe Marquez edged out by slimmest margin

I think the same regarding Cotto.Very good fighter who could yet push for a return fight with Manny.I think people will remember Margo in years to come, not only for the hand wraps thing but as a very entertaining hard fighter.I doubt very much he will ever be allowed into the hall of fame though.

    This but...

    With this incorporated in it...

Cotto might get HOF with the right wins/matchups from this point on in his career, not sure if he can pull out the wins now though. ODLH yes, but not the version Pac fought. Hatton, ehhh... I give him credit for the ass-whipping though. The other 3 will go down as HOF, but it's comments on each fight....
