Yeah, Mayweather was hogging them up. Came into training camp with a bowling ball for a head.

those who are saying that just have an agenda. they reason out selectively. pac came from flyweight up to welter weight fighting aggressively with world class opponents while getting old and comfortable in life with his richness. the power will get reduced by lessened speed, hunger to win, stamina, aggressiveness, and age. he is a natural junior welter fighting guys above his weight where the better competition is. we have to take everything into account.

If you were a 5'6" 25 year old featherweight can we really expect him to knock people out at 147?

    Boxing has weight classes...

Yeah obviously he was hurting guys more at welter weight but he hasn't lost power as the T'S is said he's just against bigger guys with granite chins.

Not just guys with better chins, but also guys who run.

Bradley, Mosley, Algieri, Marquez, Mayweather all ran from him whereas Cotto, De La Hoya, Hatton etc all moved towards him into punches.

Rios & Clottey just stood there covered up.

When fighters move up in weight, they don't 'lose power'. They're hitting BIGGER MEN ffs.

People seem to link him fighting iron chinned guys going up in weight to him being on PED's, it's not exactly a watertight argument, is it? He also beat the living **** out of the majority of those guys.

I think Pacman did carry his power with him, but not the one punch power of a true ww. Mosley was able to stop Margarito, Pacman was on the verge, cracked Margarito's orbital bone. I think the quality of fighters were just better, Jmm, Bradley, and especially Floyd defensively so much better. Even a B rated fighter like Algeri was able to survive. Barrera and Morales were done by the time Pacman beat them. They were easily as great as Marquez was, in their primes Pacman won't beat them.
