There are many people working for $10 - $12 an hour who are subject to random drug tests or face losing their jobs, whether or not they have shown any suspicious behavior.

I live in a state where police can stop me while I'm driving and request that I take a breatalizer. If I refuse, I immediatly lose my license.

He is crying about random testing for a 2-month period of his life which leads to a minimum $20+ million payday, with the potential to be $40 - $50 million.

Boxing is a deadly sport and PED's have far evolved beyond professional boxing's current testing procedures.

Man up and take the test. Prove that your clean. Be a role-model for the sport. You have more to gain by taking the test than to lose.

In my work, if my employer came up to me and asked to randomly drug test me, I would tell them to **** right off.

even though I haven't taken anything in years.

in that context Pacquiao even agreeing to have 3 blood tests on top of the **** tests is already a big compromise.

Just because Floyd wants the test? What a terrible comparison.

Christ the *****s, the man agreed to take the blood test, just under specific circumstances within fight week. Suddenly that equates to him refusing flat out completely? Talk about twisting the truth.

pac agreed to random testing but requested that no more blood should be taken at least a week before the fight. He is also willing to give blood immediately after the fight.

Random blood testing it not random if you dictate when you will and will not give blood.

Tell ur employer that I will only do a **** test at certain times and see what happens.

Stopping yapping about him refusing the test and complain about him not doing random testing. However your point is still incorrect, because you're negating the fact that it can be random up until the window before the fight.

All that **** is irrelevant. Pac doesn't have to do anything like this. It's insulting. Have fun being a fan of Floyd, the first guy to ever pull this gigantic ***** move. :good

Mayweather has really got to Pac.

Floyd wont be getting sued, my tip is that he is in the gym
    training hard already.

As far as Pacs refusal goes, its kinda pointless whether I think
he is on roids or not - but he would be silly to avoid the tests now,
regardless of whether he thinks its giving into Floyd.

I wouldnt blame either fighter for calling the fight off atm.

disagree here. By bowing down to the baseless accusations that are being cast upon him, Pacquiao would be setting an example that the onus is on the accused to prove his innocence, even in the face of injustice.

He would be sending a bad message to people, which is that if you can accuse someone of doing something, even if its total bull****, you can still back him into a corner and make him do things he doesn't want to do.

Even if one of Pac's team has a tenuous link with Balco and Roach trained a drug cheat in the past, there is no proof whatsoever in this case and unless Goldenboy can spring a surprise witness, they will lose in court. Look at the Max Mosley Nazi slur case. Would be interesting to see who Arum chooses to represent Pac and if the case will be held in the States.
