Don't get what exactly ??? The sport has tests in place. Seems to me that Gayweather wants to set the policy and procedures for boxing. If it's good enough for everyone else, why is Pac held to a higher standard ?
If the issue was blood doping or epo the best time to test would be around the time of the fight, specifically right after the fight. Since for blood doping to be effective you would need increased red blood cell count on the day of the fight and during training it wouldn't necessarily be needed. Hence blood doping and EPO could easily be caught by a post fight test.
Not for nothin' but the dude should man up and take the f'n tests. If they were boxing in the Olympics he'd take the f'n tests. There would be no complaining. There never is in the Olympics. Now alluvasudden with perhaps the biggest money fight in history on the line he can't be subject to this because of "superstitions" and "black magic" and "white lies" and all types of other cockamamie ****. It's not like he's doing it alone. Whatever potential adverse effects this testing could have on Pac's performance it would have on Floyd as well. So what the f*** is the problem? Just take the f'n tests and quit the f'n bitchin'!
I assume you missed the part where I wrote that PED's have evolved but professional boxing's testing guidelines have not.
This si straight from the World Anti Doping Agency. In June 2003, WADAs Executive Committee accepted the results of an independent report stating that urine tests alone can be used to detect the presence of recombinant EPO. This report, requested by WADAs stakeholders and commissioned by the Agency to evaluate the validity of urinary and blood tests for detecting the presence of recombinant EPO, concluded that urinary testing is the only scientifically validated method for direct detection of recombinant EPO. http://www.wada-ama.org/en/Resources1/Q-and-A/Q-A-EPO-Detection/ They will give all the urine anyone want up to the day of the fight and after the fight. So what is the excuse now?
Ok. However, the question still stands. Which is more ridiculous? A 10 million dollar per pound fine over the contract weight or random drug testing?
Just to explain to you some floydiot-logic: Floyd: "Pac's been fighting my leftovers, old, and drained fighters at catch weights. But he has to take a test before he fights me!" Floydiots: "Pac is on roids!" There ya go! :rofl Makes sense, right? :happy
who ****in cares...bob arum wont let the fight happen mannys got cuts...manny dont like needles....floyds not gonna be available cause hes got court/jail....manny is weakened by having blood drawn.....we cant construct a stadium by may 5(but maybe in late may when we know floyd has to fight may 5th)....we wanna do jmm/pac 4......
