On ESPN it says Pacquiao has issued the following statement

"I am still willing to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr. I never said the fight was off or I do not want to fight him. I will fight anyone at anytime and my record and past fights prove that. I have never and will never dodge anyone. These are my specifications for this fight regarding blood testing. I have offered to give a blood sample the day of the announcement of the fight at the (press conference). I have offered to give a blood sample 30 days before the fight. I am willing to give blood immediately after the fight is over inside my dressing room . I am also willing to give urine tests at anytime, anywhere, every day leading up to the fight.

"The truth is taking blood out of my body does not seem natural to me and mentally I feel it will weaken me if blood is taken from me just days before the fight. That does not make sense to me why anyone would do that. These accusations of me using any performance enhancing supplements are totally unwarranted and unjustified.

"To all of my fans I want to say thank you very much for all your support and understanding. I always give honor to God first and I would never cheat. I would never cheat God, I would never cheat myself, and I would never cheat my country and my fans.

"If Floyd Mayweather Jr. does not accept these terms [then] my promoter will find me another fight for March the 13. Again, I will fight anyone at any time. I would always like to be known for my honor and my integrity. I will always be known for my courage and my willingness to face any man at anytime in my career. If Floyd Mayweather Jr. truly ever wanted to fight me and he is not really scared, he would accept these terms I am willing to give him as they are above and beyond what the commission demands.

"I should not have to prove myself as I have always done what the commission has asked me to do, and I have never, ever swayed from that. Never has there been a time where anything I have ever done has been in question. I stand behind my honor and my integrity. I stand below God and my country. I stand with my fans and I hope Floyd is not really a coward and will fight me, and give the fans what they want to see. I am not afraid to fight Floyd, anywhere, any time."

Nothing is new. He is still trying for sechudled testing over random testing.

he needs to man the **** up and take the ****ing random tests. If he agrees to 30 days out, then 7 days out then after the fight then that would solve the prob because steds can e flushed from the bdy with 5 days of treatment.

this is ****ing bollox mate. why the F should manny even b subjected to this steaming pile of pig shite?? the man is a true great and this sort of thing ruins our beloved sport, its like yr guilty until proven innocent. im really pissed at how one mans integraty comes into play because of anothers big mouthed actions.. if i was in pacs shoes i would say the same and never let an opponent dictate to me when and where i should be, its like hopkins vs jones on th 45 55 split. hopkins wanted to prove he was the bigger man and that in my eyes is what fm ios doing by demanding these tests. floyd is a ****ing punk and cant get his head arround the fact that there is someone capable of beating him. HE MUST BE ON JUICE... punk ass mo fo..

That is a BOLD and VEHEMENT denial on Pac's part. "IF" he is fallable after a statement like this, his fall from grace will be tragically fast and far. These comprimises are also MORE THAN FAIR and if PBF does not comply, his legacy is forever tarnished. There really is no good reason why the testing for this particular fight should be any different from any other fight. If Pacquiao complies, even with his own standards, it will be a vindication without precedence. If Manny Pacquiao tests clean (by any means of testing) AND beats Mayweather...every last hater should be forced to drop to one knee and get a hearty suckle of the PacSack.

I think Pacs terms are reasonable and Floyd needs to accept. It would be a shame if Pac was found to be using anything, which I eel he wont else would just dodge the fight. Now Floyd has to agree and let the fight happen. Pac has done all he can and needs terms agreed to get this fight on for march.

So Mayweather who has already agreed to 2 of Pac's demands must agree to a 3rd to make the fight? Why shouldnt Pac have to agree to floyds compromise?

What happened to "They can do whatever kind of drug testing they want, he'll pass any test in the world"??

  10. He will take random tests. Random urine tests.

He will pass any test in the world but doesnt want to take them just before the fight. He stated when he is willing to do blood and urine tests.

They should both stop with any demands and revert to boxings regulations. Weltereight fight 147, standard ring, gloves have been agreed. Standard testing. Get the fight on. Both are a big draw and no ones needs to give in to the other like marquez and cotto did.

If they really want tests after the fight and 30 days before is fair enough. Unless pac agrees to do them sooner, but he doesnt need to do anything and if they try to stain his image , sue GBP and mayweathers. Fight hype is fine but they are tring to take it to a new level

You guys are fakking funny as hell.

The guy is already offering more than what he should, plus daily routine check with that, what more do you want. :patsch You guys know how to use a fakking computer, you guys should be smart enough to undersdtand all these ****.

Since the allegations came from the Mayweather side, the burden of proof lies on them. If they have witnesses to come forward saying they saw Pac take something, they should do that. Otherwise all their allegations are baseless.

I hope Im wrong but I have a bad feeling Pac doesnt want this fight, he`s happy with his fame & status & opinions are split on who might win between he & Floyd, I think he would rather it didnt happen, then at least he could say `I was regarded as the no1 p4p, not Floyd, I believe I could have beaten him, its a shame the fight never got made`

I really really pray that Im wrong... we need this fight to happen big time.

How is it reasonable. He is still saying he wont take random tests. You're right he doesn't need to prove himself but this refusal to do random testing is hurting him as its such as reasonable demand that should be a minor thought.

I kind of understand the testing not right before the fight even though Floyd would have to do the same tests but why not random before that.

He would probably agree to random tests upto 30 days before. But no one would want that, so no point. After the fight is fair enough too. How many substances are there which wont show up in that time frame.
